Luxivai (“we”, “us”) is based in South Morang, Victoria, Australia. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, and what you buy.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Website usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We don’t store your full card number. Card and PayPal payments are processed by our payment providers (WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal) under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- to process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds
- to reply to your questions
- to send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- to remind you about items left in your cart
- to prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- to understand how the site is used and improve it
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok pixels to measure and improve our ads. These services may set cookies and receive information about your visit. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the store: payment providers, delivery carriers, our website host, and email and analytics services. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We don’t sell your personal information.
Keeping it safe
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and we keep order information only as long as we need it for business, tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. If you have a privacy concern, email info@luxivai.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
