How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $9 AUD per order to anywhere in Australia, however many items you buy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at the moment. Luxivai currently ships to Australian addresses only, including PO Boxes.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also check your order status by logging in to My Account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through secure card checkout, as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card number.

What does UV400 mean?

UV400 means the lenses block light with wavelengths up to 400 nanometres, which covers all UVA and UVB rays. It is equivalent to 100% UV protection.

What is the difference between polarised and non-polarised sunglasses?

All UV400 sunglasses block UV rays. Polarised lenses also cut glare reflected off flat surfaces like water, roads and car bonnets, which makes them better for driving, fishing and the beach. Non-polarised lenses are fine for everyday wear and fashion.

Which sunglasses suit my face shape?

As a general guide, round faces suit square and rectangular frames, square faces suit round, oval and aviator frames, oval faces suit most shapes, and heart-shaped faces suit cat eye and rimless frames.

Are your sunglasses suitable for driving?

Most of our sunglasses are suitable for daytime driving. Very dark or mirrored lenses and some gradient tints are not suitable for driving at night or in low light.
