Track Your Order

When your order ships, we email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where available. Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–12 business days in total.

Check your order status

• Have an account? Log in to My Account → Orders to see the status of every order.
• Checked out as a guest? Look for your order confirmation and dispatch emails from Luxivai. Check your spam or promotions folder too.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, email info@luxivai.com with your order number and we’ll follow it up with the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
