These terms apply to purchases from luxivai.com, operated by Luxivai of South Morang, Victoria, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We try to keep product details, images and prices accurate. If we find an error in a price after you order, we’ll contact you before processing and you can cancel for a full refund.
- An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud.
- Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers, and we don’t store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Product use
Our sunglasses are fashion sunglasses and are not prescription eyewear or safety eyewear. Don’t look directly at the sun, and don’t use dark lenses for driving at night.
